Job summary

Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower are growing a culture where happy people drive better cannabis products for patients and customers in Arizona. The Assistant General Manager will support daily dispensary operations, drive revenue goals, and coach the team toward outstanding customer service and compliant practices.

You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee inventory, policies, and procedures, ensuring smooth, compliant and customer-focused operations in a dynamic cannabis

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check (no felony convictions).

• Knowledge of the Cannabis Industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Inventory Control Manager to ensure Cannabis is accounted for and stock levels meet daily needs.
• Ensure compliance with AZDHS regulations and statutes.
• Provide primary support for the General Manager.
• Assist HR tasks, scheduling, policy implementation, inventory reconciliation and money handling processes.
• Lead staff in performance management and recognition programs.
• Support optimal product selection and superior customer service.
• Maintain focus on customer experience and dispensary standards.

Job Description:

The Assistant General Manageris responsible forsupporting all day-to-day operations of the dispensary. This includes but is not limitedtosales, money counts and cash handling, inventory control, storage of Cannabis, overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary and signage in the dispensary. The AGMis responsible forworking with the General Manager to provide an outstanding customer experience while working closely with dispensary personnel to meet revenue goals, lead, coach, train and developthe retailand ensurecompliance with inventory, operations, and systemprotocols.

Core Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Inventory Control Manager to ensure all stored Cannabis is accountedforand the dispensary has adequate amounts for daily operations.
• The Assistant General Manageris responsible forcompliancetoAZDHS regulations and statutes.
• Primary support for the General Manager.
• Assistin human resources responsibilities, scheduling,direction,and oversight of all dispensary operations (particularly the implementation of policies and procedures), inventory reconciliation, and money handling processes.
• Lead and support all staff in performance management, including rewards and recognition programs.
• Passion for business, the Cannabis industry, and the well-being of the dispensaries customers and staff.
• The Assistant General Manager will work with the Retail Managers and General Manager to ensure that customers' needs, and expectations are met throughoptimalproduct selection and top-notch customer service.

Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check (no felony convictions)
• Associate’sorbachelor'sdegreepreferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, interpersonaltimemanagementand communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:
