Taco Bell, a franchisee restaurant, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running effective shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will take ownership to solve problems with a positive attitude, guide Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory and ensure financial accountability while serving safe, quality food in a friendly environment. This role offers growth and learning opportunities within a winning team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision‑making skills.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift/carry trash containers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift.

Assistant General Manager

The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
