The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and ensuring Taco Bell standards are met. You take ownership, solve problems with a smile, guide others, and help teammates succeed while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

A successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communications, and leadership skills, with a focus on safe, quality food and customer service. This is a full-time role at a Taco Bell franchise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves and lift/carry trash containers.
• Able to clean parking lot/grounds around the restaurant.
• Able to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions
