Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Dr Phillips, FL. This salaried role leads operations, training and client experience while motivating a team to deliver five-star service in a fast-growing wellness studio.

You will support the GM in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals, coach staff on therapies and pricing, and ensure consistency in hospitality, compliance, and member retention. This is a hands-on leadership position with scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality client service by modeling hospitality standards.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and compliance to ensure excellence.
• Assist in achieving KPIs by supporting studio sales, marketing and operations.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly goals with the GM and monitor progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming studio and uphold brand standards.

Role Overview

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in driving overall studio success. You’ll take ownership of training, operations, and client experience while motivating the team to achieve excellence. This role balances leadership, sales support, and hands‑on operations, creating a culture that consistently delivers five‑star service.

Compensation: $45,000 base salary + Bonus & Commission
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience

• Deliver consistent, high‑quality client service by modeling Restore’s hospitality standards.
• Support membership engagement, retention, and issue resolution to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Proactively de‑escalate and resolve client concerns.

Products & Services

• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of therapies, pricing, and compliance to coach staff on product expertise.
• Guide team members in sales strategies, membership promotion, and hospitality practices.

Execution & Accountability

• Assist in KPI achievement by supporting studio sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with GM to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team.
• Coach staff through feedback and recognition, ensuring accountability and growth.

Studio Appearance

• Ensure the studio is consistently clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Uphold brand standards across all aspects of facility presentation.
• Lead by example to foster a professional and client‑first culture.
