Shake Shack is a fast-growing hospitality brand seeking a capable General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You will oversee team performance, inventory controls, safety standards, and financial results while upholding Shack hospitality and brand promise.

The role emphasizes coaching, budget management, and driving guest satisfaction through strong leadership and an engaging local presence in the New York area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on all Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Pay Range - $67,932.80 - $87,380.80
