Cafe Zupas in Minnetonka, MN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations while delivering outstanding guest experience.

This role offers a balanced schedule with two days off, a no-Sundays policy, and a robust benefits package including 401K and medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus quarterly bonuses.

You will develop team members, mentor staff, and maintain a positive, fast-paced service culture as part of our growth-driven kitchen and hospitality team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine.

• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
