Job summary

Crunch Fitness in St Paul, MN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily club operations, drive member satisfaction, and uphold a no-judgments, high-energy culture.

You’ll supervise a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants, partner with the Managing Partner on scheduling, facility maintenance, and front desk operations, and mentor staff toward KPIs and policy compliance.
