You will act as the on-duty leader, manage schedules, P&L, forecasting, recruiting, and ensure fast, accurate, guest-centered service with a strong emphasis on food safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to train and develop crew members.
• Strong guest service focus and hospitality.
• Willingness to work 50-hour weeks including evenings/weekends.
