Job summary

Arcis Golf at Lantana Golf Club in Lantana, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work with the General Manager and department heads to run club operations, build event programming, and elevate guest experiences.

You will lead teams across golf, retail, and food & beverage, develop staff, implement SOPs, monitor revenues and payroll, and cover shifts including nights and weekends to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Four years hospitality, customer service and management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop team members.
• Effective communication and listening skills to meet and exceed member & guest expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to create and manage SOPs for all department.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

This role is responsible for building event programing, maintaining established operational standards, monitoring financial forecasting and results, and effectively leading the team to produce the best result for the club.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing a high-caliber experience and have an established track record of success in a leadership role overseeing golf, retail, and food & beverage.
• Create and manage new systems, processes and services that create an exceptional member experience and club results.
• Ensure the proper controls are in place to accurately track revenues, payroll, inventory and expenses.
• Develops department managers and key employees to reach maximum performance and achieve all initiatives and goals.
• Shift management including nights and weekends to ensure staff members are providing excellent guest service.
