Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the United States. The role features top market pay up to 65K on day one, a robust benefits package including M/D/V/STD/401K, and three weeks of PTO in year one.

A five-day week is typical, with many shifts from 8a-8p or 11a-11p and Fri/Sat open later. Ideal candidates are experienced restaurant leaders with drive-thru exposure, a hands-on leadership style, upbeat demeanor, strong communication, and a commitment to food

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.

• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground
