Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. The role offers market-rate pay with a base up to $65,000 on day one, a robust benefits package including 401(k) and disability, and substantial bonus potential tied to sales growth.

The position follows a five-day workweek with Fri/Sat/Sun shifts, and most shifts run 8a-8p or 11a-11p.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced restaurant leader with drive-thru experience.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
