Workstream is searching for a motivated Assistant Manager to join Zaxby's in Georgetown, KY. This role involves leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment, overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring quality service for customers.

• Balance cash drawers, safe, and credit cards.
• Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals.
• Ensure product quality standards are met.
• Create an environment of quality within the store.
• Coach and develop the performance of team members.
