Job summary

McDonald’s Auburndale is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive daily restaurant performance. You’ll lead Training, Food Safety, and Inventory, delegate tasks, and report results while supporting the General Manager to meet sales and quality standards.

You’ll hire, train, and schedule team members; supervise kitchen quality and cost controls; ensure guest satisfaction through strong service. A strong customer service mindset and 1+ year leadership experience (or US military service) are
