Lancaster Wings Inc. is seeking a high-energy, people-first leader to join our Buffalo Wild Wings franchise in Flagstaff. In this hands-on management role you will oversee daily operations, coach the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in restaurant management, thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and can build a championship team. Nights, weekends, and holidays required; benefits include paid time off and growth opportunities, plus ServSafe

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in restaurant management or shift leadership (high-volume preferred).
• Passion for competition, sports, people, food, and fast-paced environments.
• The ability to lead under pressure, stay organized, and bring the team together.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• ServSafe Food or Alcohol (or equivalent) preferred.
