Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Denver, CO is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will lead the team, uphold service standards, and drive sales and profitability under the guidance of the General Manager.

You'll train and develop staff, ensure food safety, maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant, and model Wendy’s core values while working a fast-paced shift. This role starts with hands-on leadership and grows toward store-level responsibility.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading people.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to proper procedures and a culture of food safety.

Responsibilities

You’re Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Use and understand restaurant equipment from a headset and grill to registers and computers.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.

Pay Range

$18.65 - $24.88 Hr.
