The General Affairs Assistant Manager is a member of the Business Support Department and is responsible for establishing and stabilizing overall site operations for a new manufacturing entity. This position is responsible for leading General Affairs (GA) functions, ensuring efficient workplace operations, cost-effective facility and vendor management, and a safe, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.
The role oversees end-to-end administrative and facility-related operations, including infrastructure setup, workplace services, vendor governance, asset control, and regulatory compliance. In addition, this position drives operational readiness and continuous improvement by implementing standardized processes, managing operational risks, and optimizing service quality to support business continuity and employee experience and the following work scope:

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day Business Administration operations for the site, including Human Resources, General Affairs, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, Compliance, Facility Coordination, and Administrative Support activities.
The incumbent exercises independent judgment in the administration of policies, procedures, vendor relationships, employee matters, and operational processes within approved company guidelines. The position partners closely with site leadership, headquarters, external service providers, and government agencies to support business objectives and operational effectiveness.
Matters involving significant financial impact, legal risk, policy exceptions, or organizational changes are escalated to senior leadership as appropriate.
