Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Michigan is hiring an Assistant General Manager to drive operational excellence and member growth. In this role you will lead a team, implement company programs, and ensure elite service while meeting revenue goals.

You’ll work closely with club staff in Fitness, Sales and Marketing to coordinate efforts and resolve member concerns, helping the club achieve its sales and profit targets while upholding brand standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of standard operating procedures and club policies.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve goals.
• Achieve desired sales goals.

• Achieve revenue goals through leadership of employees.
• Coordinate with Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, IT functions.
• Address personnel issues following club procedures.
• Resolve member complaints promptly and tactfully.

Job Responsibilities
