Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Charleston Embassy Suites is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Charleston, WV location. The role focuses on leading hotel operations, driving accurate revenue reporting, and maintaining cash controls, with a strong emphasis on integrity and decisive action.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and will manage month-end close and general ledger tasks with precision, while upholding Atrium SPIRIT values.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience.
  • Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, Workday.
  • Process Pro: Streamline operations and optimize efficiency across departments to keep things running smoothly.
  • Integrity Champion: Build trust with direct, honest communication, ensuring a respectful and reliable environment.
  • Decisions with Confidence: Use experience and sound judgment to make swift, impactful decisions that enhance guest experiences and drive business success.

What We’re Looking For
