Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations (front or back of house) and develop a motivated team in a culture focused on hospitality and growth.

You will mentor staff, ensure smooth shifts, and foster authentic guest relationships while driving excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus.
