Job summary

JEM Restaurant Group is hiring a Taco Bell Assistant Manager to lead daily operations across South Carolina and Georgia. The role supports the Restaurant General Manager with scheduling, inventory, training, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

As an AGM you will oversee shifts, labor and food costs, and lead a team to deliver a high-quality guest experience. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with health, 401(k), PTO, and relocation assistance.

As an AGM, you'll support the Restaurant General Manager by helping lead daily operations, scheduling team members, managing inventory and ordering, and training and developing the crew. You'll play a key role in creating a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused restaurant experience.
