Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Alhambra, CA to drive sales growth and guest satisfaction within our service center. The AGM will work with the GM to coach staff, manage operations, and implement training aligned with company standards.

The role focuses on leadership, inventory control, budgeting, and ensuring top quality customer experiences in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Ability to analyze, understand, and recommend financial objectives to boost sales and service results.
• Guest First mindset.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operational manuals.
