POSITION SUMMARY:
Cencora, Inc. (NYSE: COR) is seeking an attorney to join its Legal Department as Assistant General Counsel - Corporate and M&A. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal skills, with the ability to provide business-oriented, effective legal services, project management, and strategic counsel on significant M&A and other strategic transactions across Cencora's global organization.
This role involves supporting global M&A, joint ventures, minority investments, and providing support to the Corporate Development team throughout the deal process. The candidate will also assist in developing templates and playbooks for M&A deals. The position reports to the Vice President & Associate General Counsel - M&A.
Must be a graduate of an accredited law school, admitted to the state bar, with a minimum of 9 years of corporate legal experience, particularly in M&A. The candidate should be capable of handling sophisticated work independently and supervising legal teams.

Salary Range: $152,500 - $235,180 (varies by location)
