The Assistant General Counsel – Labor must be a seasoned labor attorney. This role involves working closely with leadership at both the corporate and local levels across the Prime Healthcare system. The attorney will lead negotiations with healthcare unions in several states, manage outside counsel in labor arbitrations, and handle proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. The position requires significant travel, including trips to the corporate headquarters in Ontario, California.

Prime Healthcare Management Inc offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including paid time off, a 401(k) plan, medical/dental/vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. Compensation ranges from approximately $153,754 to $249,600 annually, based on experience, education, and credentials. Exact starting salary will be determined at hire.
