Constellation Energy Corp. seeks an experienced attorney to support day-to-day operations of its non-nuclear generation assets on the East Coast and Midwest.
You will collaborate with operations, commercial and engineering teams to address risk and craft business-minded legal solutions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a broad mix of agreements, overseeing outages, and assisting in M&A, divestitures and regulatory matters with PJM/ISO-NE/NYISO.

Expected salary range of $219,600 to $244,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
This position offers remote flexibility, but the incumbent will be required to work an East Coast Time Zone (EST) schedule.
Travel to meet with team members, organizational partners, & customers is required; with approximately 10-15% travel anticipated annually.
A highly experienced attorney who works independently and has major matter, team or client responsibilities as well as certain responsibilities for other attorneys on a project-specific/mentoring basis. Frequently supervises professional teams working on legal matters. Work generally involves handling matters of very substantial importance.
