The successful candidate will partner closely with senior business and operational stakeholders, leading and negotiating complex commercial and technology transactions (including SaaS, sell-side service, buy-side, leases, and parking management agreements). The role requires serving as a strategic legal advisor, identifying and managing legal and commercial risks, and drafting precise, business-focused agreements.
