Job summary

Russell Tobin is recruiting an Assistant General Counsel to support complex commercial and technology transactions. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior business and operational stakeholders, leading and negotiating complex commercial and technology transactions (including SaaS, sell-side service, buy-side, leases, and parking management agreements).

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 8–15 years of legal experience.
• Minimum 4 years of law firm experience with strong training and mentorship.
• Several years of in-house legal experience.
• Deep experience with commercial and technology transactions, including negotiating complex tech agreements on counterparty paper.
• Exceptional drafting, writing, and oral negotiation skills, along with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
