The Assistant General Counsel position is a critical position within the organization that provides sophisticated general corporate and commercial legal support to cross-functional partners across a global, multi-market business. The Assistant General Counsel manages complex legal matters spanning corporate, commercial contracts, employment, dietary supplement and cosmetic regulations, international, and privacy. The position requires an experienced attorney who can exercise independent judgement, advise senior leadership on legal risk and strategy, and operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
