Assistant Terminal Manager – Fuels
Position Summary: The Assistant Terminal Manager ensures on-site management of Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The ATM shall have significant, specialized commercial or military experience in fuel terminal operations and maintenance performing and supervising tasks equivalent to an AF Fuels Management seven skill level (2F071) or nine-skill level (2F091) personnel. This experience shall include receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping petroleum products via tank truck, pipeline, rail, or tanker/barge as appropriate to the installation’s mode of receipt capability and maintenance and repair of bulk petroleum storage terminals, systems, and equipment. The ATM shall have significant, relevant, and preferably recent supervisory experience. Although general supervisory experience may be included, specialized supervisory experience in fuel terminal operations with emphasis in terminal maintenance, operations and environmental compliance must be predominant.
