Role Overview

Our guests’ memorable experiences start with you. We’re seeking a dedicated Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee delivering exceptional first impressions—managing registration, reservations, porter, and concierge services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coach the front office team to ensure memorable guest experiences and a warm welcome.
  2. Engage with guests to build relationships and resolve complaints.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of first impressions.
  4. Assist in budget preparation and explore ways to increase revenue through walk-ins and up-selling.
  5. Train team members on PBX procedures and lead during emergencies.
  6. Report to the Hotel Operations Manager and oversee a team of front desk staff across various roles.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience, including management.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
