Moxy NYC East Village is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to ensure smooth front desk operations and coordinate overall Front Office activities in the absence of the Front Office Manager. The role emphasizes leadership, urgency in service, and adherence to the hotel’s standards.

The main purpose of the Assistant Front Office Manager is ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. To be responsible in directing, coordinating, and monitoring the overall Front Office operation as directed by the Front Office Manager. To direct the Front Office operation in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
