Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in coordinating projects and crew members.
• Act as on-site contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Represent Phillips Tanks and Structure in a professional manner.
• Help allocate tasks based on crew skills and budgeted hours.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Submit accurate documentation on time and prepare daily inspections.
