Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience coaching or competing.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.
• Regular, prompt & reliable attendance.
• Ability to pass a background check, have a valid U.S. drivers license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: identify prospective student athletes and establish and maintain communication.
• Organization: organize program and manage time; assist in team travel and practices.
• Coaching: perform a variety of coaching functions at all practices.
• Scouting: scout future opponents and provide scouting reports to the team.
• Compliance: understand conference, regional and NJCAA requirements for meetings, statistics, rosters, schedules and awards.
