Requirements

Education and Experience:

1. Hospitality education and/or appropriate level of on-the-job training and hotel culinary experience.
2. At least 2 years Restaurant and Bar Management experience in fine dining environments.
3. In-depth skills and knowledge of all bar and dining operations.
