Assistant Food And Beverage Manager Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our foodservice operations that consist of 4 different outlets. You will manage all service staff and ensure smooth daily service to our guests. This includes scheduling adequate staff for each shift, ordering supplies for each service period, and working with the event planning team to create enjoyable events for customers. You must have at least three years of experience in food and beverage service and familiarity with governmental food handling regulations.

Assistant Food And Beverage Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Check food and beverage inventory and order more stock when necessary
• Check glassware and paper goods inventory and order more stock when necessary
• Create staff training sessions and conduct monthly staff meetings/cleanings
• Monitor food service to ensure efficient service during events

Assistant Food And Beverage Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the food industry, including roles supervising/managing staff
• Familiar with food service regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High end Restaurant and Bar Experience
• TABC/Serv Safe Certified
