The Keystone Golf Courses offer world-class mountain golf experiences, with food and beverage services to match. The bars/restaurants at each course operate independently but cooperatively, and the Bar Manager’s main responsibilities revolve around maintaining the excellence of quality and service that our guests, passholders, and members have come to expect. This includes managing staff, stock, events, cash systems, and hopping into the fray when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Training, supervising, and scheduling a staff of 10-20 bartenders and beverage cart attendants
• Ensuring staff follow company policies, and coaching or disciplining staff as necessary
• Ordering and managing stock of products, including ingredients & equipment for the kitchen’s breakfast & lunch operations
• Tracking cash banks and delivering cash deposits
• Preparing for and executing banquets for tournaments and events
• When necessary (approx. 1 day/week), work behind the bar in front-line service.
• Curating weekly food & drink specials & training staff on their preparation
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 Years of F&B experience, 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout a shift, lift and/or carry up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English; bilingual preferred

The expected pay range is $56,485 - $65,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
