Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Role Overview

We are seeking a strong leader with expertise in Food & Beverage to assist our Director of Food & Beverage in all departmental efforts, including Banquet Events.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve marketing, sales, profitability, and quality service goals for food and beverage outlets by executing marketing strategies, providing quality service, and employing effective leadership and managerial skills.
  • Assist in menu creation and costing for banquet needs.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards through ongoing evaluations and complaint investigations.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Implement effective communication systems for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Train and empower employees to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct technical training and update staff on menu highlights.
  • Monitor food presentation and service teamwork, providing counseling when necessary.
  • Encourage upselling techniques during customer service.
  • Conduct employee meetings and counseling sessions.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings.
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Maintain SOPs and service standards.
  • Perform administrative functions accurately and timely, including payroll, accounts payable, inventory, and ordering.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform all duties efficiently to meet organizational objectives.
