Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking for a creative Assistant Food and Beverage Manager who will oversee John T's Lounge and Pool Bar! Steps away from Disney Springs, John T's opens daily at 4PM and offers a variety of drinks, an array of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees until late.
The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, with extensive beverage/bar background. Seeking someone who is creative and has excellent leadership and communication skills and is looking forward to growing in their FB career. In this role, you will oversee a team of 15-18 Team Members.
Shift Pattern: PM shifts, starting as early as 4PM, with flexibility for MID shifts as well. Weekends/holidays availability required.

What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (lounge, pool operations, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
