Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking for a creative Assistant Food and Beverage Manager who will oversee John T's Lounge and Pool Bar! Steps away from Disney Springs, John T's opens daily at 4PM and offers a variety of drinks, an array of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees until late.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, with extensive beverage/bar background. Seeking someone who is creative and has excellent leadership and communication skills and is looking forward to growing in their FB career. In this role, you will oversee a team of 15-18 Team Members.

Shift Pattern: PM shifts, starting as early as 4PM, with flexibility for MID shifts as well. Weekends/holidays availability required.

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (lounge, pool operations, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
