Arcis Golf is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Director at River Place Country Club to lead daily dining operations, supervise staff, and collaborate with culinary teams to deliver exceptional service for members and guests.

You will help develop SOPs, manage events, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while supporting the F&B Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to manage day-to-day dining facility operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in developing SOPs for the F&B department.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff; provide guidance and training.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Work with culinary team on menu development and high-quality offerings.
• Monitor food presentation, portions, and overall dining experience.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and executing events, banquets, and private functions.
• Participate in budget preparation and cost-control measures.

Assistant Food and Beverage Director Location: CLUB NAME, CITY, STATE River Place Country Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Food and Beverage Director. The successful candidate will work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to oversee and enhance all aspects of our club's dining services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to manage day-to-day operations of dining facilities, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for the food and beverage department.
• Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR department for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with the culinary team to contribute to menu development and ensure high-quality and innovative offerings.
