Velocity Staffing seeks an Assistant Floater Teacher for our Holland, MI childcare center. No experience required—we provide paid training. This role is great for anyone starting a career in Early Childhood Education or CTD Child Development.

You will support classrooms, supervise children, help with daily care, and float between rooms to assist staff and maintain ratios. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to qualify.
• Willing to pass background checks (ICHAT, fingerprinting, TB).
• Reliable, caring and eager to learn in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Support classrooms in Infant, Toddler and Preschool.
• Supervise children according to Michigan Licensing rules.
• Help with daily care (meals, diapering, toileting).
• Assist teachers with activities and routines.
• Float between rooms to support ratios and breaks.
