The Learning Experience – Jenison is seeking an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to provide classroom coverage and support across infant, toddler, and preschool groups. The role emphasizes flexibility, dependability, and a positive, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous childcare, daycare, or preschool experience preferred.
• CDA or ECE coursework is a plus.
• Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working with multiple age groups.
• Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage for teacher breaks and staffing needs.

The Learning Experience – Jenison is seeking a flexible and dependable Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to provide classroom and break coverage throughout our school.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working with children at different developmental stages. You'll support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms while helping our teaching teams maintain a positive, engaging environment throughout the day.
