EōS Fitness is opening a new gym in San Antonio, TX and seeks an Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales) who is sales‑driven and people focused.

You will lead the team, hit daily targets, promote PT packages, and guide new members through onboarding and the club experience while coaching trainers and ensuring clean, safe facilities. Evening/weekend availability is required, including CPR/PT certs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.
• Detail orientation, systematic problem-solving, and strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily targets and drive sales initiatives during weekends or manager absence.
• Promote personal training packages and build rapport to meet targets.
• Support new member onboarding with the membership sales team.
• Conduct welcome workouts to assess fitness needs and goals.
• Guide onboarding and club experience to encourage PT sales and retention.
• Coach personal trainers through regular supervision and support.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff.
• Oversee facility cleanliness and safety compliance.
