Description

As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you’ll drive club performance across personal training, small group training, supplement sales, and personal sales. You’ll lead by example, delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members while developing and managing a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled Personal Trainers.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with club goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and growth.
Fitness Program Management:
  • Oversee personal training and small group training programs, ensuring consistent quality and member satisfaction.
  • Manage the fitness schedule effectively, balancing team capacity and member demand.
  • Maintain oversight of accurate client documentation, including profiles, progress tracking, and training plans.
Member Engagement:
  • Own the new member onboarding experience, creating a welcoming and dynamic first impression.
  • Act as the fitness expert for members and staff, offering guidance, support, and expertise.
  • Ensure every member has access to a knowledgeable and service-oriented fitness team.
Sales & Goal Achievement:
  • Drive personal sales and support team members in achieving their individual sales targets.
  • Champion club goals related to training packages, supplements, and small group training participation.
Operational Excellence:
  • Uphold company quality assurance standards across all fitness services.
  • Step in to deliver personal training sessions or small group classes as needed to support team operations.
