Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Reston, VA seeks an Assistant Fitness Director to oversee New Member Orientation, coach members and trainers, and drive personal training sales while delivering outstanding member results.

You will lead orientation sessions, manage PT staff, hit sales goals, and maintain accurate records. This role requires certifications, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset, with flexible hours and peak-time duties.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (required).
• Current CPR/AED certification (required).
• Friendly coach with strong sales skills, great communication, and a team mindset.
• Organized, punctual, tech‑comfortable, and able to work flexible hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of personal training experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead New Member Orientation: biometrics, goal-setting, and Smart Start conversions.
