Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Newnan, GA seeks an Assistant Fitness Director to run New Member Orientation, coach members and trainers, and drive personal training sales while delivering outstanding member results. You will manage PT leads, keep records, and support club operations during peak hours.

The role requires a nationally recognized PT certification and CPR/AED certification, plus strong communication and a team-driven mindset. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Friendly coach with strong sales skills, great communication, and a team mindset.
• Organized, punctual, tech-comfortable, and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage PT leads, follow-ups, and tracking to hit sales goals.
• Keep member records accurate, run reports, and support audit/meeting needs.
