Responsibilities

1. Assist the Fitness Coordinator with staff scheduling, fitness programming, and marketing promotions.
2. Help the Fitness Coordinator and Manager meet or exceed membership and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's degree in Exercise Science, Biology, Pre-med, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field preferred.
• Certifications required: Adult and Infant Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, Basic First Aid, Water Safety Instructor (or equivalent), Aquatic Exercise Association certification (or equivalent), Aquatic Therapy and Rehab Institute certification (or equivalent).
• Previous management experience and program development skills required.
• Technical aquatic skills, workshop and presentation experience, and experience with specific populations (minimum two years).
