What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Supervise global accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and recommend process improvements
• Manage payroll processing for the US and UK, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead monthly closing processes for multiple locations, including profit and loss review and balance sheet reconciliation
• Oversee treasury management, including cash forecasting and bank account administration
• Communicate with HMRC regarding VAT and PAYE, and coordinate with tax consultants for periodic VAT filings

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Accounting Degree (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Proven experience in month-end reporting for multi-currency, multi-entity groups, ideally within EU and US accounting standards
• Strong working knowledge of cloud-based finance tools, preferably Netsuite
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Detail-oriented with a pragmatic mindset focused on building scalable financial processes
