OVERVIEW
The Assistant Finance Manager Non-Refining Operations (NRO) position will be an integral member of the NRO Finance team. They will report to the Finance Manager of NRO Operations and be based at the Baltimore, MD refinery. This position is a key part of the talent pool development for the ASR Finance organization. This is an ideal role for an ambitious and motivated finance professional who wishes to deepen their understanding of manufacturing, while contributing to a leading global business and growing their career. As a strong believer in personal development, ASR has previously sponsored employees at this level to complete certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Anaplan (Business Planning software) and for top performers, MBAs. In addition, this individual will have the opportunity to work and cross-train with other Finance team members including refinery finance managers, financial systems team members, and Corporate FP&A team members at the Baltimore refinery.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
