Job summary

Byrider Franchising, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager in Monroeville, PA to help improve portfolio performance and support customers through the lending process.

The role focuses on reducing delinquency, ensuring high quality service, and maintaining policy compliance. You will work with Sales and Service leadership, assist the Finance Manager with daily operations, and participate in underwriting and loan closings as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, finance, banking, automotive, or consumer lending preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance by reducing delinquency and charge-offs.
• Ensure every customer receives exceptional service throughout the lending process.
• Maintain compliance with company lending and collection policies.
• Partner with Sales and Service leadership to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Assist the Finance Manager in leading daily operations and achieving location goals.
• Assist in Underwriting decisions and loan closing procedures.
