Assistant Farmer - Round the Bend Farm, South Dartmouth MA
We are currently hiring for several positions on our farm crew at Round the Bend Farm -- a sustainability education non-profit located in South Dartmouth, MA -- including for the role of an Assistant Farmer.
We are a highly diversified, holistically managed farm and education non-profit, blessed to be working on 115 acres in a beautiful coastal New England environment with a great team.
This role on our team is a full-time, year-round position, with benefits and possibilities for on-farm housing.
This position has a whole farm emphasis and is focused on assisting our Garden Manager and the rest of our farming team across all aspects of our diversified farm systems. We are currently growing on 10 acres of cultivation, including our 2-acre main educational farm, field production for a 140-share free CSA food security program, and an integrated agroforestry fruit orchard.
We're looking for a strong candidate fit that resonates with the ethics and scope of our work.
