Mass General Brigham is seeking a Facilities Operations professional to support day-to-day operations at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, compliant environment and coordinating maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and reliable systems.
The position requires an Associate's degree in Facilities and 2–3 years of facilities management experience, with healthcare experience preferred. Strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills are essential.

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. Assists in overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and facility guidelines.
Education
Associate's degree in Facilities preferred
Experience
Experience in facilities management or maintenance 2-3 years required and Experience in a healthcare setting 1-2 years preferred
